The PGA Show is a trade-only event for qualified golf industry professionals.

Yes, onsite registration will be available. However, we strongly recommend registering in advance to secure the lowest pricing and avoid long lines.

If you’re having trouble finding your confirmation email, try searching your inbox for a message from [email protected]. This is the sender for all registration-related communications. Be sure to also check your junk or spam folders.

Still can’t find it?

Badges will not be mailed prior to the PGA Show. All attendees must pick up their badges onsite at the Orange County Convention Center during designated registration hours.

Badges can be picked up onsite at the PGA Show registration area. To collect your badge, you’ll need to present your confirmation email and a valid government-issued photo ID.

For a faster check-in experience, take advantage of our Scan & Go kiosks, available in the registration area. Simply scan the QR code from your confirmation email to print your badge on the spot. Additional instructions, including registration hours, will be shared closer to the event.

As a valued PGA of America Golf Professional, you’re eligible to extend the PGA Show experience to up to 5 guests. Please note that guest invitations are limited to individuals with business-related roles or immediate family. We appreciate your consideration in helping us maintain a professional environment on the Show floor.

  • All registration fees are non-refundable and registrations may not be shared or transferred to colleagues or other industry professionals.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and include the return of any issued badges or confirmation materials before processing can begin.
  • All requests are subject to review and will be processed no earlier than two (2) weeks after the conclusion of the PGA Show.

Other Useful Information

There is no formal dress code for the PGA Show. However, we recommend wearing comfortable, professional golf or business casual attire. With a full schedule of walking, networking, and interactive experiences across multiple venues, supportive footwear is a must to stay comfortable throughout the day. Layered clothing is also a good game plan, as temperatures can vary indoors and outdoors between Demo Day at Orange County National and the Convention Center.

The safety and well-being of our attendees, exhibitors, partners and staff is always our highest priority. We are committed to creating a secure and comfortable environment at the PGA Show.

To ensure this, we work closely with the venue, trusted security vendors, and local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, as well as public health officials and advisors. Together, we proactively assess potential risks and implement comprehensive safety and security plans tailored to each event.
