What are the health & safety guidelines at the 2022 PGA Show?

The PGA Show will employ all protocols current to event timing based on CDC guidelines, local public health guidance and host venue protocols. Protocols current to two months pre-event will be shared with the PGA Show community, then updated as needed heading into the event.  Currently, health and safety measures planned include increased sanitation and hygiene, directional and distance markers, additional signage and direction from safety ambassadors. How do I qualify to attend the PGA Show?

The PGA Show is a trade-only event for qualified golf industry professionals ONLY. Attendance at the PGA Show is RESTRICTED to PGA Professionals and affiliates of the golf industry (buyers & sellers of golf related products and services).

Is there Education available at the PGA Show?

Yes, the 69th PGA Show, Jan. 25-28, 2022, in Orlando, will welcome back the industry with a new look and feel, including plans for a revised educational programming schedule prioritizing time for Show Floor interactions.

How many MSR credits can I earn at the PGA Show?

Access 80+ on-demand sessions from the Virtual PGA Merchandise Show 2021, for 1 MRS credit per session. The current MSR cycle ends June 16, 2022.

Will badges be mailed in advance of the PGA Show?

You will not receive a badge in the mail. You will receive an e-badge via email which you can print and bring onsite to the "Already Registered" Counter at the Orange County Convention Center to have your badge printed.

What are the refund and cancellation policies?

  • All cancellation requests are subject to review and will not be processed until (2) weeks after the PGA Show ends.
  • Supplier Fees are non-refundable.
  • Attendee Fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be in writing and all badges/confirmations must be returned before a refund can be processed.
  • Cancellations have the option of rolling over any payment towards 2022 PGA Show Education Programs or returned and assessed a $100 cancellation administration fee.
  • Conferees assume all risks incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release management, its employees and agents against any claims.

What is the dress code?

While there isn't an official dress code for the PGA Show, here are a few suggestions from prior PGA Show attendees and the PGA Show team:

Comfortable Shoes—with 1,000 exhibitors to see across over 600,000 square feet of exhibit space, make sure you've got comfortable walking shoes in your suitcase!

Dress in Layers—from PGA Show Demo Day to the PGA Show floor, you can go from hot to cold quickly, so be sure to dress in layers to stay comfortable regardless of where you are.

How long does it take to walk the PGA Show floor?

Walk up and down every aisle and you'll cover more than 10 miles, or 600,000+ square feet of exhibit space! Plan at least 2 full days to cover the PGA Show floor from top to bottom, and don't forget to wear comfortable walking shoes.

Is shuttle service provided?

Complimentary shuttle service is provided throughout the PGA Show. Check back soon for the shuttle schedule.

Where do I park at the Convention Center?

Security personnel and highway signage on International Drive will direct you to parking based on availability in each lot. All official PGA Show parking locations require a $15 parking fee per entry. Plan to arrive at the Convention Center early to allow ample time for parking.

What is the PGA Professional guest policy for the 2022 PGA Show?

At the 2022 PGA Show, it is recommended that PGA Professional guests should be limited to those with business-related roles for the Professional or their facility, and/or adults who are immediate family members. Thank you for your consideration.
