Attendee Qualifications

If you have attended the PGA Show with the same company within the last three years, your registration will be automatically approved.

You must register using the same email address used for your previous PGA Show registration to receive automatic approval.  

PGA of America Members, Associates, and PGA Golf Management (PGM) Students can register using their PGA of America Member ID number for automatic approval, regardless of prior attendance.  

LPGA Professionals and members of recognized PGA organizations outside the U.S. should register through their designated registration categories.  

If you are attending the PGA Show for the first time as an Industry Professional or Racquet Sports Professional, you must provide at least two qualifying documents demonstrating your golf or racquet sports industry affiliation. All documentation is subject to review and approval by Show Management.  

High School and College Students wishing to attend the PGA Show must meet at least one of the following criteria:

·       Be registered by a PGA Professional

·       Be currently enrolled in a PGA Golf Management (PGM) school or program

If you are a college students who do not meet either of the criteria above, you may still qualify if you:

·       Are a member of their college or university golf team or Sports Management program

·       Provide documentation confirming their participation in the golf team or Sports Management program

·       Submit a short essay explaining why they should be allowed to attend the PGA Show and how golf and/or the golf business relates to their career or life aspirations. Essays should be emailed to Marc Simon, Event Vice President, at marc.simon@rxglobal.com.

For qualified golf industry and racquet sports professionals, including retailers, buyers, facility owners and operators, directors and managers, teaching professionals, coaches and industry executives.

First-time Industry and Racquet Sports Professionals must provide at least two of the following:

·       Purchase order or invoice from the last six months showing your company name and business address for golf or racquet sports products or services.

·       Business License, Resale Certificate or Seller's Permit showing your company name and address and identifying your business as part of the golf or racquet sports industry.

·       Document showing Federal and/or State Tax ID, in addition to other appropriate items that include your company name and business address and describes your company as related to the golf or racquet sports trade/market.

·       Commercial lease identifying your company name and current business address and demonstrating affiliation with the golf or racquet sports industry.

·       Company advertisement published in a golf or racquet sports trade publication within the last six months.

·       Company website identifying your company name and current business address with clear golf or racquet sports industry affiliation.

·       Professional certification or industry association membership showing your name and current professional status with a recognized golf or racquet sports professional, coaching or industry organization.

·       Employer documentation or staff directory confirming your current professional role with a golf or racquet sports club, facility, academy, program or organization.

·       Coaching or instructional documentation demonstrating an active professional role in golf, tennis, pickleball, padel or another racquet sport.

·       Letter of intent from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating intent to start a golf-related or racquet sports-related business. This option is for new businesses only.

·       School documentation proving your role in a golf or racquet sports program, such as a business card, staff directory or school website listing your name and role.

·       Other documentation clearly demonstrating golf or racquet sports industry affiliation, as solely determined by Show Management.

All documentation is subject to review and approval by Show Management.

For independent sales representatives selling or promoting golf or racquet sports products on behalf of multiple brands.

Independent Sales Representatives must provide at least two of the following:

• Commission statement showing representative name and company.
• Pay stub from a golf or racquet sports-related company.
• Business License or LLC documentation, if incorporated.
• Sales order form including the sales representative's name and company. 

For attendees from organizations identified as manufacturers or distributors in the golf industry or the racquet and paddle industry who sell products or services but are not exhibiting the Event.

Attendees from manufacturers or distributors in the golf industry or the racquet and paddle industry who sell products or services, but are not exhibiting the Event, are considered “Supplier/Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers” and are NOT eligible to purchase an Industry Attendee badge type. Such attendees MUST purchase the “Supplier/Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer” badge. If you are deemed to be a Non-Exhibiting Industry Attendee, you will not be able to attend the Event with this badge and Management may cancel your registration.

Looking to Promote or Sell at the PGA Show?

Companies wishing to promote products or services, solicit business, display products or distribute promotional materials at the PGA Show must have an exhibit booth.
