Where do I order items I need for the PGA Show?
Within the Exhibitor Manual you will find the contact information for all of the PGA Show’s official contractors. 

How can I lower my Freeman costs?
Freeman is the official PGA Show contractor and they offer discounts for exhibitor orders placed on their website. Be sure to take advantage of the discount deadlines.

How much does Electricity cost?
Electricity can be ordered through the Orange County Convention Center and there are different levels of electricity offered to fit your needs. Access the electricity form in the Exhibitor Manual.

Is Shipping and Material Handling the same thing?
No. Shipping and Material Handling are not the same thing.

  • Shipping is the transportation of your items from your location to the convention center. You are responsible for hiring a transportation company for shipping your materials.
  • Material Handling is the action of receiving your shipment at the convention center and bringing it to your booth space. Freeman is the PGA Show’s official contractor and will facilitate your material handling. There is a cost associated with this—called “drayage” and you will receive a drayage bill from Freeman in your booth.

How can I anticipate my Drayage costs?
Drayage is calculated based on the weight of your items and how they are shipped.

Will my crates be in my booth when I get there?
If you take advantage of shipping to the Advanced Warehouse, your crates will be in your booth based on your move-in dates.

More information regarding shipments to both the Advanced Warehouse and the Orange County Convention Center will be available soon.

Can I bring in my own food and beverages to give out during the PGA Show?
No. Centerplate is the official caterer for the Orange County Convention Center and all food and beverage must be ordered through them.

Does registering as an admin in the Exhibitor Hub automatically register me for an exhibitor badge?

No. Registering as an admin in the Exhibitor Hub will only give that person access to the dashboard, you will have to register separately for exhibitor badges.

The key contact is responsible for registering all booth staff for the company and would have received an email with information to begin registering. If you have any questions about registering as an exhibitor, please contact your Customer Success Coordinator.

Note: Each booth includes five (5) exhibitor badges per 100 sq. ft.

Is Wi-Fi available on the PGA Show floor?
There will be Wi-Fi available throughout the PGA Show for light business use. The Wi-Fi does not replace a hardline internet connection. If you need more support, be sure to order a hardline internet connection for your booth.
