The PGA Show welcomes all individuals, and we are dedicated to providing superior service, access, convenience and continually improving our efforts.

ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER

Wheelchair accessibility: The OCCC has wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and accessible restrooms for those who need them. All restrooms are ADA compliant.
Scooter Rental: Scooter and wheelchair rental services are provided by Scootaround through the on-site rental location.
- Advance reservations are encouraged for a scooter or wheelchair rental by visiting the Scootaround website.
- Please call 1-888-441-7575 for more information.
- Pick-up and drop-off locations for scooters and wheelchairs are in A Lobby, E/F Lobby, and West C Lobby. Scooters are $70 per day and wheelchairs are $25 per day.
Wellness Rooms are private spaces available for nursing children, prayer, or meditation. The Wellness Rooms are located:
- Level 1 – (2) Wellness Rooms in the B Reg Area
- Level 2 – (1) in C Lobby and (1) in E/F Lobby
- Level 3 – (2) in C Lobby overlook, near W315 elevator (there are two next to the show office)
- Level 4 – (1) in C Lobby overlook, near W414D elevator
Quiet Room: If you need a break from the noise and crowds, we have a Quiet Room available in Show Manager Office A1. Please be courteous to others when utilizing the space, this room will be monitored by Show Management.
Service Animals: Animals are not permitted on the OCCC premises except in conjunction with an approved exhibit or in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be allowed into the event and provided with the appropriate credentials.
- All service animals must always remain by the handler’s side and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or the individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
- Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area.
- Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
- All animals should have legally required vaccinations.
Bag & Coat Check: Bag and coat check is available on Show days (Wed-Fri) and located on Level 1 in Regisration B.
ATMs & Concessions: The OCCC is cashless and accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For the convenience of visitors, there are ATMs located in C Lobby (Registration).
Lost & Found: Lost and found is managed by the Security Division of the OCCC. OCCC Security Command Center: 407-685-1119
