Make Golf Your Career: Connect at the PGA Show brings job seekers and hiring companies together. Explore openings through the PGA Show live job board, share your experience through the job seeker intake form, and connect with career experts who can help identify relevant opportunities.
Our focus is to turn a digital search into meaningful in-person connections. Career Connect experts will review applicant information alongside posted positions, facilitate introductions when there is a potential fit, and help employers and candidates continue conversations during the Show. Private interview rooms will be available for scheduled meetings, subject to availability.
Explore Careers Across the Golf Industry
The job board will feature positions and internships across golf, including sales, roles at golf courses and clubs, retail, business operations, marketing, events, technology, hospitality, and more. Opportunities may range from early career roles to experienced and leadership positions, depending on employer submissions.
You do not have to be a PGA Professional or an expert golfer to work in golf. Industry experience is valuable, and so are skills built in other businesses. Each employer sets the requirements for its positions.
How Career Connect Works
1. Discover opportunities: Browse current jobs and internships on the live job board.
2. Introduce yourself: Complete the job seeker intake form with your experience, interests, and the types of roles you are seeking.
3. Make a connection: Career Connect experts will review potential matches and facilitate introductions when appropriate.
4. Meet in person: Connect with employers in Room W313. Private interview rooms will be available for scheduled hiring conversations, subject to availability
For Hiring Companies
Post open positions and internships to reach candidates interested in working in golf. Career Connect experts will review job seeker submissions and help identify potential matches. Use the Career Connect meeting space and interview rooms to advance hiring conversations in person during the Show.
Visit Career Connect
Find us in Room W313 on the third floor of the Orange County Convention Center, in the main registration lobby. Meet career experts, explore openings, and connect with potential employers. Short educational conversations will be offered with morning coffee and afternoon snacks; topics and times will be announced closer to the Show.
You do not need to be a registered PGA Show attendee to use the job board or visit Career Connect. Access to Room W313 does not include access to the PGA Show exhibit floor.
Students in PGA Golf Management and other university programs are also welcome to explore internships and early career opportunities.
