ONSITE MEDIA CENTERS
The Media Centers of the PGA Show offer attending media a place to unwind, work in a quiet space, conduct interviews and connect with media friends.
Main Media Center, OCCC Room 311
Complimentary media amenities include editorial media working space, private meeting rooms, exhibitor news conference rooms, storage lockers, continental breakfast service, retail lunch service and dedicated staff to assist you. Industry guests are welcome in the Media Center Lounge for lunch service. Private meeting rooms can be reserved by request to [email protected]. Storage lockers are limited and available first-come, first-served. The dedicated working media space in Room 312C includes high-speed, hard-wired Internet service and is open only to editorial media.

- Tuesday, January 23: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, January 24: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, January 25: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, January 26: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
PGA Show Floor Satellite Media Center, Booth#1455

Complimentary media amenities, for editorial media only, include media working space, small group meeting space, coffee/water service, complimentary WiFi, a dedicated staff member to assist you and two Show Floor media production studios with high-speed, hard-wired Internet service.
Media are able reserve a studio in the Media Center on the Show Floor for live or recorded programming. Studios are provided at no cost with the equipment/facilities identified below. Reserving media are required to bring or hire any additional necessary equipment not listed. To ask about limited studio openings for the 2024 PGA Show, please email [email protected].
Radio/Podcast Facilities:
- 8’ table, 6 chairs, + engineer’s table
- Power + hard-wired internet line - DHCP meaning “plug n play”
- Dedicated phone line (#TBD) with a single line telephone instrument.
- AV sound system for attendees to listen in
Broadcast/Digital Video Facilities:
- Elevated platform overlooking Show Floor
- Alternate PGA Show branded backdrop
- Directors’ chairs, optional high-top table, floral
- Engineer’s table
- Professional lighting
- Power + high-speed, hard-wired internet line
The Show Floor Media Center will be staffed. A time buffer will be added to help with transition times. Tech support will be available to assist as needed.
