Be sure to identify as a “news release” in the document name and add to the “Upload Documents” section of your company profile. All clearly identified exhibitor news releases added to the document section of the exhibitor hub will also be added to the Exhibitor News page of PGAShow.com.
The exhibitor press kit template has been designed for you to seamlessly compile all essential media materials, ensuring they are readily available for attending media at the PGA Show. Be sure to identify as a “press kit” in the document name to add your kit to the “Upload Documents” section of your company profile.

FREE Opportunity to Present New Products to Media
The International Network of Golf (ING) will host its second annual Media Showcase of New Products at the 2026 PGA Show, introducing five innovative exhibitor products to a live audience of media and industry professionals. The showcase takes place Thursday, January 22 at 12:30 p.m. in Room 312-A.
Participation is free for PGA Show exhibitors. To nominate your product, submit the online form by visiting inggolf.com/ing-media-showcase-of-new-products. Selected companies will be chosen by ING media members and invited to make a 10-minute presentation during the event.
At-Show Resources
During PGA Show Week, tap into these on-site resources to elevate your visibility, engage with media, and maximize real-time exposure.
PGA Golf Exhibitions provides a complimentary meeting room at the PGA Show Media Center for exhibitors to host 25-minute news conferences during PGA Show Week. Room setup, staging, and most A/V equipment are included at no charge.
To reserve a time slot, please contact [email protected] and include your preferred date and time for the reservation.
The PGA Show Media Center (Room W311 in the OCCC) serves as a central hub for editorial and influencer media to access working media spaces, private interview rooms, news conference facilities, media registration and a lounge for sponsored special events.
- Exhibitor Photography/Video Recording: If you plan to photograph or film your booth using an EAC photographer or video team, the EAC must agree to terms/conditions at the onsite Media Center and may photograph/record only the booth(s) with which they have contractual arrangements. (Please see exhibitor manual for additional details.)
- Exhibitor Show Floor Presentations/Special Events: Exhibitors utilizing wireless cameras, microphones, IFB/IEM or intercoms for Show floor presentations are required to request a complimentary assigned radio frequency from Professional Wireless Systems. (Request link coming soon)
During the PGA Show, you may encounter a variety of accredited media representatives:
- Editorial Media: Writers, editors, photographers, and producers covering golf, business, and lifestyle topics for established outlets.
- Influencers: Content creators with active, engaged audiences who share golf and lifestyle content on social platforms.
- Non-Editorial Media: PR or communications professionals from media outlets, allied golf organizations, or exhibitor-contracted agencies.
All media badges provide access to the PGA Show Media Center, though the working area is reserved for editorial media only.
