Show Floor Media Center Studio Request

Media may reserve a studio in the Media Center on the Show Floor for live or recorded programming. Studios are provided at no cost with the equipment/facilities identified below. Reserving media are required to bring or hire any additional necessary equipment not listed. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and consideration will be given to audience reach. We will do our best to accommodate as many requests as possible.

  • 8’ table, 6 chairs, + engineer’s table
  • Power + hard-wired internet line - DHCP meaning “plug n play”
  • Dedicated phone line (#TBD) with a single line telephone instrument. 
  • AV sound system for attendees to listen in

  • Elevated platform overlooking Show Floor
  • Alternate PGA Show branded backdrop
  • Directors’ chairs, optional high-top table, floral
  • Engineer’s table
  • Professional lighting
  • Power + high-speed, hard-wired internet line

The Show Floor Media Center will be staffed. A time buffer will be added to help with transition times. Tech support will be available to assist as needed.
