Using Wireless Mics/Cameras
Required Frequency Coordination for Wireless Devices
All exhibitors and media using wireless microphones, IFB/IEM systems, wireless intercoms, or wireless video cameras must coordinate their frequencies if operating in the VHF/UHF range (approx. 75–944 MHz). This service is provided at no cost to exhibitors and media through Professional Wireless Systems (PWS).
⚠️ Even if your system appears to function fine, uncoordinated gear can interfere with other users — including live broadcasts and in-booth events.
What Needs Coordination:
Wireless devices from brands such as Shure, Sennheiser, Lectrosonics, Wisycom, and equipment used in ENG bags and news crews.
What Doesn't:
Devices operating in the GHz range (e.g., 2.4 GHz) are not the focus of current coordination efforts.
Free Support Available On-Site:
Professional Wireless Systems (PWS) will be on-site at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) to provide free frequency coordination services and answer any RF-related questions. All RF requests/submissions will be processed and PWS will be in contact with you prior to the event. Advance questions regarding radio frequency coordination may be directed to [email protected]
Action Required:
Please submit your wireless frequency information using the👉 PGA Show Frequency Request Form provided by PWS.
We strongly encourage all exhibitors and media to coordinate early to ensure a successful, interference-free event.
