Building on principles from Retail Strategies Courses I, II, III this session focuses on using the Total Shop Open-to-Buy Plan developed in Retail Strategies III. An Open-to-Buy-Plan for each Department will now be completed along with a Vendor Analysis and Buy Plan. Next, this session focuses on the process of using the Open-to-Buy to place orders and manage inventory levels. Finally, planning and executing promotions will be discussed. Retail Strategies I, II, III must be completed before attending Retail Strategies IV. Bring a laptop to the seminar with spreadsheets from Retail Strategies III.
