Building on principles from Retail Strategies I and II, this session focuses on developing a sound inventory plan for your facility and an Open-to-Buy. The program will walk participants through the process of forecasting Retail Sales, Cost of Sales, and Turnover to arrive at an appropriate "average" inventory for your facility. Additionally, a monthly inventory plan will be developed and an Open-to-Buy for your facility created. Participants will leave with a series of excel spreadsheets for use at their own facility. Retail Strategies Courses I & II must be completed before attending Retail Strategies III. This is the third session in the series for Retail Manager Certification.
