Shrinkage: What You Need To Know to Improve Profit

January 24, 2019, 9:45 AM - 10:45 AM

Room 103
Shrinkage: What You Need to Know to Improve Profit This seminar will explore the growing and often unmanaged problem of inventory shrinkage in Golf Retail Operations. Shrinkage results in lost profit and a direct reduction to the bottom line. Poor inventory processes and controls are the main cause of shrinkage in shops, but theft and employee awareness must also be addressed. Special emphasis will be given to controlling the loss of Demo Clubs. Examples of Excel spreadsheets and logs will be discussed in the session and they will be available for attendees use in their own facilities.
