This session will examine how golfers experience anxiety and how it impacts their performance. Often times, a golfer's past will include many failures and adverse experiences that can trigger the golfer in present day life. Dr. Curdt will explain a technique she uses with students to help them reprocess those past failures so golfers can succeed. Anxiety and nervousness are common struggles many students face, and coaches should have a great understanding of what anxiety is and they can help their students work through it.
