Green fees account for much of the revenue at a golf course. Rounds of golf are also the product with the shortest shelf-life in your operation; available rounds expire every seven to ten minutes. When they go unsold, or sell-out too soon, the revenue opportunity is lost forever. What systems do you have in place to accurately track these opportunities? What is the periodic feedback loop that measures the results? How accurate is the information you are reviewing? How detailed is it? Are you able to see the week of the year, the day of the week, the hour of day comparisons? How can you know how you are performing if you don't know how well your competition is doing? In this session, we will outline the tools to make sense of the data available in the marketplace. We will help you consider performance-based compensation strategies that reward market-leading performance and measurable revenue growth.
