How Pilates can Improve Your Game and Member Engagement at Your Club

Pilates has many benefits including helping to improve posture and reduce the risk of injury, as well as improving golf performance. Golfers constantly twist their body when driving the ball, squatting down to check the putt line, picking up the ball, and all these movements can lead to overworked muscles. Pilates is a full body exercise routine that engages all muscles, is easy on the joints, helps improve Lower Back Pain and creates a toned, strong body. Those attending Linda's presentation can participate in an interactive session, which includes pre-round, post-round and strength building exercises, as well as learning how offering Pilates classes and clinics at golf clubs can be a means to increase interaction with members and instill a sense of community.
