Tom Reilly is the Vice President of Human Resources for Billy Casper Golf, one of America's largest owner-operators of golf courses, country clubs and resorts. Reilly is essential in developing, directing and overseeing the company's most important asset: its people. With more than 7,000 in-season employees at 160 golf courses in 29 states and Regional Support Offices coast-to-coast, Reilly oversees abundant opportunities for highly-talented managers to join the Billy Casper Golf family. Innovative training programs, including its proprietary "ACE the Guest Experience," "Building Our Buffalo" mentorship program, Billy Casper Golf University and BCG Superintendent Institute, foster environments ideal for personal and professional growth.
