I started as the Director of Retail at Baltusrol Golf Club, in Springfield, NJ in 2016. Prior to that I worked in several different roles to include the Director of Retail for Green Grass One, a retail group servicing over 300 clubs across North America and the Director Retail at Hamilton Golf Club, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I have been a proud member of the AGM education team since 2009, helping to build and deliver golf retail content for the AGM (Association of Golf Merchandisers). We deliver this content both locally and nationally, both in Canada and the United States. The range of topics include visual best practices, purchase planning, markdown and clearance planning and numerous case studies. The most recent case studies have captured how to build a loyalty program for your golf shop to include and taking your traditional brick and mortar golf shop online.
