Are unique email addresses required for every registrant?

The PGA Golf Show is requiring individual unique email addresses for attendees, exhibiting personnel and media.
The reasons for this are:

  • Using a unique email address will allow each PGA Show badge holder to utilize and customize the online show planner and the show’s mobile app.
  • All attendees will be able to receive timely PGA Show information and communications.
  • Finally, the use of unique email addresses will help us in identifying non-qualified attendees.

Can I attend a PGA Golf Show if I am a print or video blogger or other digital media person?

PGA Golf Shows has welcomed digital media to PGA Show events in the past and will continue to do so. Digital media applicants must meet certain guidelines that demonstrate that they are posting regular, quality content about the golf industry. PGA Worldwide Golf Exhibitions will determine the qualifying frequency of those posts.

How do I register if I am in public relations, marketing or advertising?

Individuals in public relations, marketing or advertising for a golf media outlet, golf organization or PR/Marketing company providing established service to a golf vendor may register for a non-editorial media badge.

How will I receive my media badge?

With photo ID and the media badge confirmation email, media personnel (editorial and non-editorial) are able to pick up badges at either PGA Show Demo Day Registration Pavilions or at the PGA Show Media Center, Room W311 of the Orange County Convention Center.

Can a friend or colleague pick up my media badge for me?

A photo ID is required to pick up your media badge. You are not allowed to pick up credentials for colleagues.

Can I register for a media badge on site?

Yes, it is advised that you register in advance with qualifying credentials, but if you are unable to do so, you may register on site at the PGA Show Media Center, OCCC W311, with photo identification and qualifying media credentials.  View qualifying media credentials.

Who can attend PGA Show Demo Day?

PGA Professionals and media are invited to attend PGA Show Demo Day from 9:00 a.m. to noon; qualified industry attendees are invited to join PGA Professionals and media at the event from noon to 5:00 p.m.  (PGA Show badges required; Media may pick up their Show badges at the Show Media Center on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning before heading out to Orange County National Golf Center OR at the PGA Show Demo Day Registration Pavilion (media desk) located at the main shuttle entrance to the range.

Is there parking at the PGA Show Demo Day?

Complimentary shuttles are provided throughout the day from the front of the OCCC to Orange County National Golf Center.  Limited satellite parking at OCN is available at Demo Day.

How do I find the schedule of exhibitor news conferences, celebrity appearances & special events on the Show floor?

Is there one area on the Show floor to find new products?

New products can be found throughout the Show floor, but you will find hundreds of new products in one convenient location at the New Product Zone.  VIP buyers and PGA Professionals will vote on the top three products of the New Product Zone with winners announced on Thursday afternoon.

Who can use and how do I reserve:  private interview offices, or the radio broadcast stage?

Editorial media may utilize and reserve media facilities including the private interview offices, and the radio broadcast stage to assist with their Show and industry coverage efforts.  Please contact Sherry Major to reserve any media facilities at

What Internet access is available to media at the PGA Show?

Complimentary WiFi access is provided in the PGA Show Media Center and throughout the OCCC concourses.  Also, high-speed wired Internet access is available in six locations in the PGA Show Media Center for intermittent sending of large photo/video files.

Where can I eat at the show?

Complimentary continental breakfast items and all-day beverage service are offered to media in the PGA Show Media Center.  Lunch is available for a fee in the Media Center and in the OCCC food court.

Is media parking free?

PGA Shows provide free shuttle transportation from more than 20 official event hotels, including the PGA Show Media Hotel.  The OCCC parking fee is $17/day.

Is there a discounted media hotel rate?

Discounted media rates are available at the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando and the Courtyard Orlando International Drive, beginning in the fall prior to the PGA Show at

How do I access the locker storage?

Editorial media locker storage is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the PGA Show Media Center.  After the supply of lockers is gone, we will do our best to assist with storage.  PGA Worldwide Golf Exhibitions is not responsible for any personal media items left in the lockers or PGA Show Media Center. 

How can I obtain PGA Show photos?
