How to Request an Official Letter of Invitation for VISA Purposes:

Thank you for your interest in our tradeshow. As an international exhibitor, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel Visa. Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request.

Access the Nonimmigrant Visa Letter Request Form. Please do not submit your request form more than once as this may cause delays in processing. Invitation processing takes approximately 5 - 7 business days after you have submitted the form.
