Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs
Scootaround is the preferred mobility service partner of the Orange County Convention Center. Scootaround provides a simple, convenient electric scooter, wheelchair and oxygen rental service on-site. Handicap-Accessible Parking
All parking at the Orange County Convention Center is available on a first come, first served basis, including handicap-accessible parking. For a preview of the locations of handicap-accessible parking, please visit the Orlando County Convention Center Website at http://www.occc.net/.
Assistance for Guests with Disabilities
The Orange County Convention Center is designed with wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and handicap restroom facilities. They also have Braille services, Oxygen, and Text Phones (TTY) for guests with speech and hearing disabilities are located throughout the arena.
Security
For your security, uniformed guards are on patrol 24 hours per day, seven days per week in addition to the maintenance of closed circuit TV monitoring of the Orlando County Convention Center buildings, parking lots and surrounding grounds.
First Aid
First aid stations are set up in the following building locations depending on event activity . Not all first aid stations are staffed during the show.
West Building First Aid Rooms:
• Med 1 – In front of Hall WD2 (W224)
• Med 2 – In front of Hall WE (W230/1)
• Med 3 – In Central Lobby (Hall WC)
• Med 4 – Level 1 Lobby (below Hall WA)
Med 3 staffed 7:00am - 8:00pm during move-in
Med 2, 3 and 4 staffed 7:00am - 6:30pm on Show days
Med 3 staffed 8:am - 8:00pm during move-out February 1 – 2nd, and until 3:00pm on February 3rd
