- The first page to appear is the “Exhibitor Dashboard” page. To add/edit press releases, please click on "Company Information," then “Press Releases” in the top green tool bar.
- Enter data into all required fields, and click “Add.”
- FREE News Release Placement in The Wire - The PGA Golf Exhibitions' partnership with The Wire, golf's daily electronic newsletter, provides PGA Merchandise Show exhibitors with a free news release submission regarding their Show participation beginning October 1, 2010 through February 1, 2011. The release must include the PGA Merchandise Show within the text; use an e-mail subject heading of "PGA Merchandise Show exhibitor release" & be sent to releases@gpagolf.com (not a typo, should not be pgagolf.com).
- PGA Show News, PGA Magazine & PGA.com - Submit your company product news to The PGA of America's influential media properties:
- PGA Show News - The Show's daily onsite newspaper is distributed to more than 45,000 attending industry professionals. Send exhibitor media announcements to djozwiak@pgamagazine.com with the email subject line: “PGA Show Exhibitor News.”
- PGA Magazine - A full staff of writers will provide comprehensive Show coverage in PGA Magazine and PGAMagazine.com. All exhibitor media materials sent to PGA Show News (above) will be considered for PGA Magazine and PGAMagazine.com.
- PGA.com - Editors from the PGA.com staff will produce the official live webcast of the PGA Merchandise Show. Send exhibitor media announcements to john.kim@turner.com with the email subject line of “PGA Show Exhibitor News.”
- Download the PGA Merchandise Pre-Registered Media List - Exhibitors have access to the list of media who have pre-registered and provided PGA Golf Exhibitions with the authority to share their contact information. Download the pre-registered media contact list today. The contact list will be updated regularly online through January 28th. New in 2010 – media are able to designate a product category specific to their audience or writing assignment. Please note the media requesting your company product category for any communication plans. Additionally, this list of media authorizing exhibitor contact is updated regularly. Please check back often for updates.
- Download a Golf Trade Media Mailing List. Access general contact information for golf trade media here and share your exhibiting company/product news with media relevant to your market.
- TheHackersParadise.com - The Hackers Paradise (THP, www.thehackersparadise.com) is a growing consumer golf internet destination typically receiving more than 50,000 unique visitors and more than 1 million page views each month. Because THP does not accept advertising from OEM's, their unbiased reviews of golf equipment and apparel have become thousands of consumers’ “go-to” destination for everything golf. THP.com covers each day, each square foot and nearly every exhibitor of the PGA Merchandise Show extensively. In 2010, THP also will be available quarterly in a high-quality print edition. Exhibitor News Conference Facilities—Free news conference facilities are available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. While we will promote your news conference to media through advance e-newsletters, www.pgashow.com, the onsite press kit, and event signage, exhibitors should plan to personally invite media at least one month prior to the Show. PGA Merchandise Show Media Lead Sheet—Designed to connect more than 1,000 attending international media with exciting company and product news from the PGA Merchandise Show floor. The “Media Lead Sheet” will include up to 35 words describing a new product, new company initiative, news conference, celebrity endorsement, Show special event, etc. The media lead sheet is not for company descriptions. An advance “Media Lead Sheet” will be made available on www.pgashow.com and as a link in the advance Show electronic press kit.
