After receiving a B.A. at the University of Michigan and an M.A. at Eastern Michigan University, Cary Cavitt then went on to receive his PGA Membership in 1990 and become an award-winning PGA Head Professional at different clubs in the Midwest.  His expertise in the area of providing outstanding customer service, marketing and promoting, and leadership skills has benefited those who have listened to the insights that he shares.

 

As a PGA Life Member and professional speaker, Cary's had invaluable insights in the area of customer service. He is the author of nine books including the book dedicated to PGA Members entitled The Enjoyable Golf Club Experience - Providing Exceptional Guest Services.   He travels throughout the United States speaking to a wide range of organizations including the PGA of America, The Library of Congress, Microsoft, and a host of other companies.

 

As a speaker with a keen insight into how customers think and feel, along with his vast experience in providing personal service to a wide variety of clients, Cary is well qualified to coach other PGA Professionals in what members and guests are really looking for when they make contact with their respected facility.  He has spoken for the PGA of America since 2008 and provides a fun and entertaining seminar filled with great information and laughter.
