We have put together a list of helpful information and key locations onsite for your planning convenience. Please be aware of some of these important locations before you arrive onsite.

PGA Merchandise Show Official Show Office
The Show Office is located in room W315 on the 3rd level. This office will be staffed and open during show hours.

The PGA of America Services
The PGA of America Business Center is located on the 4th floor in the Valencia Room.

Lost and Found
Please return all lost items to the PGA Merchandise Show Official Show Office located in room W315.

Coat & Camera Check Room
A checkroom will be available on the lower west concourse in front of the WB4 Room. The checkroom will be attended only during show hours. Items checked must be claimed each day before the closing of the Show Floor. Non-Official Media Cameras must be checked. The PGA Worldwide Golf Exhibitions is not responsible for items left in the checkroom or left overnight.

Guest Services
Stop by the PGA Travel Desk located in the Central Lobby area to make your housing reservations for the 2013 PGA Merchandise Show.

First Aid
Emergency Calls dial 51119 on any house phone or Orange County Convention Center Security.

Cameras
No personal cameras or video taping equipment of any kind are allowed on the show floor. These items must be checked in at the Coat & Camera Check Room. Unauthorized cameras will be confiscated.

Attendee Registration Hours

PGA Show Shuttle Bus Schedule
Thursday, January 26 – Saturday, January 28

Complimentary shuttle buses provided to and from official PGA Merchandise Show hotels, (except the Rosen Centre, Rosen Plaza, and Peabody Orlando hotels, which are within walking distance) and the Orange County Convention Center. We strongly recommend use of shuttle service to reduce traffic. Pick up location: in front of the portico at Orange County Convention Center.

Daily Shuttle Schedule
January 26 & 27: 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.; 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – No Midday Service
January 28: 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.; 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – No Midday Service
Airport Shuttle - $10 per person
Saturday, January 28: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour, departing from Orange County Convention Center
