How do I qualify to attend the PGA Show?

The PGA Merchandise Show is a trade-only event for qualified golf industry professionals ONLY. Attendance at the PGA Merchandise Show is RESTRICTED to PGA Professionals and affiliates of the golf industry (buyers & sellers of golf related products and services).

How much does it cost to register for the PGA Show?

How do I make hotel & travel arrangements?

We've negotiated travel discounts and secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Orlando affordable. Through the travel experts at onPeak, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first-served basis. View Hotel & Travel Discounts

Will badges be mailed in advance of the PGA Show?

You will not receive a badge in the mail. You will receive an e-badge via email which you can print and bring onsite to the "Already Registered" Counter at the Orange County Convention Center to have your badge printed.

What are the refund and cancellation policies?

  • All cancellation requests are subject to review and will not be processed until (2) weeks after the PGA Show ends.
  • Supplier Fees are non-refundable.
  • Attendee Fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be in writing and all badges/confirmations must be returned before a refund can be processed.
  • Cancellations have the option of rolling over any payment towards 2019 PGA Merchandise Show Education Programs or returned and assessed a $100 cancellation administration fee.
  • Conferees assume all risks incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release management, its employees and agents against any claims.

Are there any tips or tools to help me plan for the PGA Show?

The PGA Show provides you with two planning tools to help you get the most out of your PGA Show experience. With My Show, your free online planning tool, you can search and save exhibitors and products, view your exhibitor and product recommendations, discover show specials, celebrity appearances, and more! Plus, you can sync your My Show account with the PGA Show Mobile App, to access all of this and more on your mobile device.

First Time to PGA Show

Are children or guests allowed at the PGA Show?

Visitors may only be registered onsite at the PGA Show by a registered attendee. A $150 ($500 for suppliers & non-exhibiting manufacturers) visitor's fee will be applied. All children over 12 must have badges and pay the $150 visitor's fee.

PGA, LPGA & International PGA Professionals may register up to 4 guests prior to the PGA Show, at no cost.

How can I obtain a visa letter of invitation to attend the PGA Merchandise Show?

I am a High School or College Student – how do I register for the 2019 PGA Show?

What is the dress code?

While there isn't an official dress code for the PGA Show, here are a few suggestions from prior PGA Show attendees and the PGA Show team:

  • Comfortable Shoes—with 1,000 exhibitors to see across over 600,000 square feet of exhibit space, make sure you've got comfortable walking shoes in your suitcase!
  • Dress in Layers—from PGA Show Demo Day to the PGA Show floor, you can go from hot to cold quickly, so be sure to dress in layers to stay comfortable regardless of where you are.

How long does it take to walk the PGA Show floor?

Walk up and down every aisle and you'll cover more than 10 miles, or 600,000+ square feet of exhibit space! Plan at least 2 full days to cover the PGA Show floor from top to bottom, and don't forget to wear comfortable walking shoes.

Is there Education available at the PGA Show?

Daily PGA Education Conference sessions and hands-on Instructional Workshops will be taking place at the 2019 PGA Merchandise Show.

How many MSR credits can I earn at the PGA Show?

In 2018, PGA Professionals had the opportunity to earn more than 40 MSR credits at the PGA Merchandise Show. The 2019 MSR Credit breakdown will be available soon.

The current MSR cycle ends June 15, 2021.

Where can I get a wheelchair or mobile scooter for the PGA Show?

Scooter and Wheelchair Rentals are available by contacting Scootaround Inc. toll-free at 1-888-441-7575, by email at info@scootaround.com, or through their website at www.scootaround.com. Equipment will be available for pickup at FedEx Kinko's in the Orange County Convention Center. Ordering in advance is strongly encouraged.

Is shuttle service provided?

Complimentary shuttle service is provided throughout the PGA Show. Check back soon for the 2019 schedule.

What is the address of the Orange County Convention Center & where can I find directions?

Where do I park at the Convention Center?

Security personnel and highway signage on International Drive will direct you to parking based on availability in each lot. All official PGA Show parking locations require a $15 parking fee per entry. Plan to arrive at the Convention Center early to allow ample time for parking.
