Understanding the buried asset beneath your golf course. The life cycle of one of your largest investments; the irrigation system. |
The irrigation system is a critical part of the infrastructure of any golf course, and as such, it requires maintenance and ultimately replacement at some point in the life of the golf course; and often more than once depending on the age of the golf course. It's vital for any owner or operator to understand the life span of the individual components of the irrigation system and to plan for their eventual replacement, because at some point, these items will have to be replaced and this is not a small cost in the long term ownership and operation of a golf course. |
